Wait-Less Wonder is a service concept designed to improve the amusement park experience by addressing long wait times. During peak periods, extended queues often cause frustration and reduce visitor satisfaction. This system allows guests to book attractions in advance and receive timely reminders, enabling them to enjoy other activities instead of standing in line. By helping visitors manage their time more efficiently, the design enhances both flexibility and overall experience quality.
Wait-Less Wonder 是一个旨在改善游乐园体验的服务概念设计,针对高峰时段长时间排队所带来的问题提出解决方案。在客流密集时期,过长的等候时间往往会引发游客的负面情绪,并降低整体满意度。该系统允许游客提前预约游乐项目,并提供及时提醒,使其在等待期间能够参与其他活动,而无需持续排队。通过优化时间管理与行程安排,该设计提升了游览过程的灵活性与整体体验质量。
Objective:
It is to minimize visitor frustration caused by prolonged waiting and improve overall experience quality within amusement parks. Through an advance booking system and real-time notifications, the design empowers guests to manage their time more effectively. Additionally, the product encourages personalization, allowing visitors to decorate and customize their device, creating a more engaging and interactive experience beyond simple queue management.
其目标在于减少因长时间等候所带来的游客挫败感,并提升游乐园整体体验质量。通过预约系统与实时提醒功能,设计赋予游客更高效的时间管理能力。此外,该产品还鼓励个性化表达,允许游客对设备进行装饰与定制,使其在实现排队管理功能之外,进一步增强互动性与参与感。
I developed a physical model of the product and rendered it to demonstrate its structure and functionality. The device includes a magnetic slot for attaching decorative elements such as logos or badges, allowing for personalization. A strong magnetic clip enables secure attachment to clothing or other surfaces. The retractable pulling rope extends for comfortable screen interaction and automatically retracts when not in use, ensuring portability. The screen functions as the primary interface for attraction reservations and reminders, while the buttons support navigation and selection. When idle, the drawstring retracts neatly, maintaining a compact and wearable form.
我制作了该产品的实体模型并完成渲染,以展示其结构与功能设计。装置配备磁吸插槽,可用于固定徽章、标识等装饰元素,实现个性化定制;同时设有强力磁吸夹,便于稳固地固定在衣物或其他表面。可伸缩拉绳在使用时可拉出,方便用户操作屏幕,闲置时则自动回收,增强便携性。屏幕作为主要交互界面,用于游乐项目预约与提醒功能,按钮则支持页面导航与选项选择。当设备处于非使用状态时,拉绳收回,整体保持紧凑、可佩戴的形态。

I have deepened and improved the most crucial part of the entire product, enhancing both its interface design and logic. The entire interface is divided into two parts: the first part provides a simple operational guide for users during their initial use, while the second part consists of detailed steps for making appointments and the various feedback provided by the interface.
我对产品中最核心的部分进行了深化与优化,全面提升了界面设计与交互逻辑。整体界面结构划分为两个部分:第一部分为用户首次使用时的简要操作指引;第二部分则包含预约流程的具体步骤以及系统在不同操作阶段所提供的反馈机制。
